We need to be informed one (working) day before and before noon. This gives us time to prepare the vehicle. This saves time for everyone: the vehicle is ready and so is the file. You come and we process your file directly and you can leave with the vehicle.

Yes, it is possible for us to load the vehicle onto your truck with a forklift, provided that we can do this according to the size and weight of the vehicle. You will be charged €20 + VAT for this.

However, the buyer of the vehicle is aware of the risks involved and assumes full responsibility.

• Either the delivery document from ALD *
• Or the security code “informex” which we have to check
• Or the customer’s agreement
• Or the payment request from D’Ieteren Lease.
• Any other document proving that you are authorised to take the vehicle

Procedure (mandatory) for ALD vehicles:

Step 1: collect the keys and documents of the vehicle from ALD: 1730 Asse – Z4.Broekooi 280

Step 2: load the vehicle at Carval – 1731 Relegem – Poverstraat 206 (202)

Procedure for D’Ieteren Lease vehicles

The vehicle must be paid for 48 hours before collection. Without confirmation from D’Ieteren Lease that the payment has been received, we will not be able to deliver the vehicle. Especially since the accounting department will not be able to check beforehand if it is in order or not.

ou can pick up or drop off vehicles during the following hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 12:00 – 13:00 to 16:45

Friday: 8.30am – 12.00pm

If you should find any damage, which is enforceable against Carval, we ask you to :

• Either to state this at the time of collection (before loading the vehicle)
• Or to send us photos taken on our car park before loading the vehicle onto your truck or trailer

Any unjustified or unproven remarks of this kind will not be taken into consideration. Furthermore, we ask you to inform us of any problems as soon as possible and within reason.
